Each year The Easton Festival of Trees offers a variety of Attractions, Workshops, and Special Events during the Festival. These additional events are held to enhance the Festival's Holiday experience. Attractions are included in the Admission fee. ​Workshops that we are typically held different times than the Festival's operating hours. Each Workshop has its own fee with limited availability and requires preregistration. Admission to the Festival of Trees is included when you sign up for a Workshop. ​ Special Events require pre-registration and may have limited availability. Some of these events offer multiple sign-up times. These events are more for your entertainment and/or offer a service to you. Admission to the Festival of Trees is typically included, or would be indicated if otherwise.

Chunky Knit Throw Blanket
South Shore Blanket Parties $125

Come join Sarah Martin, the owner of South Shore Blanket Parties and learn the art of hand knitting your very own blanket. Absolutely no prior knitting experience required! The hand knitting technique is a lifelong skill that is therapeutic, meditative and fun. Chunky knit blankets are very popular-you'll be surprised how easy they are to make! Participants may choose from a variety of yarn colors. Doors open at 6:30pm to allow time to view the trees and other items, buy raffle tickets, and pick up your yarn. Blanket knitting instruction starts at 7:00pm and the event wraps up at 9:00pm.
The event will be held at The Easton Country Club, 265 Purchase Street, South Easton, MA 02375 inside of the Festival of Trees. Admission to the Trees is included in this ticket price, in addition to all the materials you need to complete your very own standard sized throw blanket. Wreath Bar Workshop

​Join us to make your very own holiday wreath. The Wild Dahlia will show us how to make it personal; this workshop is designed around your needs and style. All of the materials and prep is done, so when you arrive all you have to do is enjoy yourself! Choose from seasonal colors, blooms, and foliage to create a beautiful holiday wreath. Learn about floral selection, preparation and design from the expert. Each participant will take home their own one-of-a- kind, beautiful (live) wreath made by you.
The event will be held at The Easton Country Club, 265 Purchase Street, South Easton, MA 02375 inside of the Festival of Trees. Admission to the Trees is included in this ticket price. Light snacks will be offered, and there is a cash bar open for festive holiday cocktails. Doors open at 6:30pm to allow time to view the trees and other items, buy raffle tickets and place in receptacles. Wreath instruction starts at 7:00pm and the event wraps up at 8:30pm.

Sea Glass Tree Workshop

Join us for this exciting workshop to make your Tumbled Sea Glass Traditional or Grinchy Tree. Come join us for a night of beautiful creativity as we learn to customize your Sea Glass trees with a variety of colors from Hammer and Stain South Shore right here in Easton. Each ticket holder will be provided all supplies, lights, starfish and grinchy ornament AND also bubble wrap for easy transporting home.
All you need to bring is your desire to be creative. Hammer and Stain will lead us step by step while you can enjoy a holiday drink and light snacks. The workshop will be inside of the Festival of Trees and admission to the Trees IS included in this ticket price as well, (cash bar will be open). Come enjoy a night out of your busy life for some social and creative time that you deserve! This is a new holiday tradition not to be missed! SPACE IS LIMITED. Grab seats when you arrive-no assigned seats and plenty of room for your group.

Wicked Themed Workshop $70

Something Wicked this way comes...Nothing spooky here though! Join us for a night full of Wicked delight in honor of the Broadway hit-turned into movie(s), Are you a good witch or a bad witch lover? It doesn't matter because we will be decorating 2 nutcrackers all blinged out in your favorite Wicked witches. Stash Jewelry of Easton will also be offering customized themed bracelets (included in Workshop fee). A 'design your own ornament' area will also be set up. You also get a private showing of the Festival’s Trees, Wreaths, and other items on display with the opportunity to purchase raffle tickets for those items as well.

Just follow the yellow brick road which leads to doors that open at 6:30PM for tree viewing, snacks, and cocktails, and the event officially starts at 7:00PM.

Please join us for an evening of sparkle and fun! Come join Cindi Vanderstreet, independent consultant with Touchstone Crystal Jewelry and play 8 rounds of “BLINGO”!! All bingo prizes are gorgeous pieces or 'sets' of Touchstone Crystal Jewelry! TC jewelry is a direct selling division of the powerhouse brand Swarovski! The current fall and winter collections will also be on display for purchase. The holidays are right around the corner, and you could win some nice jewelry at Blingo Bingo! We will also be having a few additional raffles that night-just for coming to the event and joining in on the fun! All bingo daubers and cards will be supplied.
The doors open at 6:30 to allow time to view the trees and the jewelry, imbibe in a holiday cocktail (cash bar available), have a light snack, and settle in with your bingo cards. The Blingo calling starts at 7:00pm. Cindi has generously donating a portion of this event's proceeds to the 2025 Festival of Trees Beneficiaries!

DIY APPLE PIE

Local chef and food artist Meredith Bonny, of Rosemary Fresh, is back to share her culinary expertise. A holiday treat that is delicious, beautiful and fun to make. In this workshop you will learn how to make homemade apple pie from scratch. You will be an active participant in this class, learning as you build your very own apple pie. Meredith will provide all the ingredients, needed-except the oven! You will go home with a pie that is ready to either freeze or bake. Included in this workshop is a granola bar with all the add-ins: cranberries, cherries, chocolate, butterscotch, and more. A mason jar is provided and you add the ingredients you want to customize to your tastes.

Workshop price includes apple pie, granola bar, light snacks, and admission to the Festival of Trees. Cash bar to be open as well. Owner Jacci Devins of Poppy Cart Floral, will lead workshop attendees through the step-by-step process of arranging seasonal and locally sourced flowers in a vessel to take home and enjoy. The purpose of the class will be to demonstrate how to easily source varieties of flowers from their local grocery stores, flower shop or even their own garden, to create a beautiful floral arrangement for their homes. Tips and tricks of floral design will be shared with the class over the course of two hours. The price includes all materials needed to design a beautiful floral arrangement (medium ceramic vessel, chicken wire and tape, floral shears, and a substantial variety of premium seasonal and locally sourced flowers.

One of the areas most talented floral designers, Kateri Samperi from Stoughton Flower Shop will teach you step-by-step how to design and decorate a festive holiday arrangement in a galvanized holiday sleigh. This is not the same as last year-it's a completely different sleigh and design!

Please join us for a fun-filled night of gingerbread house decorating! This event will be led by cake decorators from White's Bakery "cake decorators extraordinaire" of Brockton will be here to show us all the tricks of the trade for designing a fantastic Gingerbread house without all the fuss and frustration. A perfect start to your holiday season as you design your very own gingerbread masterpiece. This in-person event is perfect for families, friends, and anyone who loves the sweet smell of gingerbread, holidays, and the rewards of making something and being able to show it off to all who visit. We'll provide all the materials you need, including a pre-built gingerbread house, delicious icing and colorful candies in every size and shape you could imagine! Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro, our friendly instructors will be there to guide you every step of the way.

KIDS HOLIDAY EVENT $15

Our Kids Holiday Event is always full of fun indoor and outdoor activities for kids of all ages. This is not the Kid's Day Event of years past. We have an exciting new theme and added new games and more kids trees to raffle. "Make and take" personalized ornaments, cookie decorating (accommodations for allergies), a tattoo station, outside games (weather permitting), exciting kids raffle prizes and more. Even Santa will be there to meet with the kids.

Admission includes all of the above, and also includes access to view the Festival of Trees, so don't let your child miss this event, or you will be on the naughty list!

Kids 2 and under are free. All attendees age 3 and older (including Adults) require a ticket. Children must be accompanied by an Adult (Parent or Guardian). Raffle tickets can be purchased and used in the Kid's Holiday Event Raffle (held at 12pm that day) or used in the Festival of Trees raffle items (held on December 14).

​This was so much fun last year, we just had to offer it again! This Beer, Bread and Cheese Pairing event is led by Frank Altieri Co-owner of Shovel Town Brewery, North Easton and will include samples of artisan baked breads from Sukha Bakehouse in North Easton.

Get ready for a deliciously festive evening! After taking in the beautifully decorated trees, join us for a guided tasting experience that brings together the best of local flavor. Our host, Frank, will walk you through four curated pairings of beer, cheese, and bread—exploring how each element complements the others in surprising and delightful ways. This tasting event includes: a flight of 4 Shovel Town beers, cheese board with 4 local selections, and bread samples from Sukha Bakehouse. Whether you're a foodie, a craft beer fan, or just looking for a fun night out—this event is not to be missed!
