The Easton Charitable Trust, Inc. (ECT) is continually seeking out ways to increase our message to the community.  ECT offers a number of opportunities to be a part of The Festival of Trees.  You could choose to volunteer your time, sponsor or donate a tree, donate a gift certificate, or become a financial donor.  However you choose to be involved, we are truly appreciative of your generosity!  Click on the information below in the areas of interest where you want to get involved.

SPONSOR A TREE

Become a part of ECT's Festival of Trees by sponsoring a tree. We have many categories to choose from that will fit your financial sponsorship. Thousands of people will see your name or name of your business on a tree.  When you sponsor a tree, our professional tree decorators take care of all the work and design and decorate an exceptional tree to represent you or your business.

DONATE A TREE

Would you like to decorate your own tree and have it included in The Festival of Trees?  Be a part of the Festival by donating a tree that you have tastefully decorated to reflect your interests, your business or a holiday theme. You can incorporate products or services in your theme and gain maximum exposure to the Festival's visitors. Take advantage of this opportunity to expand your company's visibility and image with your kind donation of a decoration artificial tree, with lights and decorations. Our past donors have included many individuals, businesses, civic and social organizations, schools and families.

Volunteering  is a fun and relaxing way to meet people in our community, get in the holiday spirit, and donate your time towards a good cause.  This event is a success because of the dedication and help we get from our volunteers.  We can't do it without them!

We are currently seeking volunteers for our 2024 Easton Massachusetts Festival of Trees Event! We want to make this the best possible experience for you!  Please complete the form below so we can match you appropriately.  Thank you for your interest.  
 

Volunteer with Us for 2024!
Which days are you available?
Are you interested in working with the group to decorate/design the trees for the event?
Are you good at sales and/or have some business connections that could potentially be sponsors?
Are you social and would like to host/hostess once the event is up and running? We will give you background on tree themes and this year’s beneficiaries to discuss when asked by attendees.
Are you comfortable using an electronic sales device such as an iPad?
Would you like to help with the set up? There is light to medium moving and lifting. Lots of set up and organizing, moving trees, props, registration table, clean up, etc. Set up is Sunday, November 24 – Wednesday, November 26 before Thanksgiving.
Would you like to help with take down of the event? There is light to medium moving and lifting. Lots of breakdown of props, moving tables, taking down items, cleaning, etc.
Would you like to work on Kid’s Day, December 7th, 10am-12pm? We will have a registration desk, craft tables, supervise cookie making table, outdoor activities, Santa lines, etc. MUST love kids for this one! This is a 2‐ hour event, but set up and break down are at least 30 minutes before and after.
Would you like to work (host/hostess) on the nights of a floral design workshop, gingerbread house making workshop or paint or other workshop? Some help is needed for set up or clean up or general assistance with attendees.
Do you have a location (home or business) that would be a visible site for a lawn sign to advertise the event or place our advertising postcards?
